Loving, adventurous, kind and daring, Hoku Kai is the most adorable little mermaid. All day long she glides through the waters in the bays of beautiful Punalu’u Black Sands Beach looking for treasures and new adventures.
Today she found a precious sea star and this is her gift to you.
Hoku Kai is named after the sea star which bestows sanctuary, salvation, renewal and strength.

Hoku Kai wears seaweed leis around her head and waist. A crystal sea star adorns her forehead.
She can on her tail with back support or lay down resting on her conch shell.

Hoku Kai is about 4” tall fitting in the palm of your hand. The body is made out of stretch cotton and wired for flexibility. The eyes and mouth are intricately embroidered onto the face. Hoku Kai has tiny little hands, ears, buttocks, a belly button and a fish tail.
All accessories were individually handcrafted.
