Kihikihi Birthdate: Iulai 21, 2009 (07/21/09) Kihikihi is a Menehune Keiki Kane (Boy). He is named after the black and yellow Hawaiian reef fish. As often as possible, Kihikihi takes his fishing pole and coconut chair down to Punalu’u Black Sands Beach to go fishing. |

Kihikihi wears red shorts with the Kihikihi Hawaiian reef fish, a shell necklace, a yellow and red crocheted King Kamehameha Helmet with matching shoes. He is about 3.5” tall.

Kihikihi’s Mana (spiritual energy) is Ahonui (patience). He sits happily in his coconut chair at the beach knowing that the right fish will come to provide dinner for him and his Menehune Ohana (family). Kihikihi can show you that patience combined with faith and action always leads to the fulfillment of all desires. |

Often Kihikihi meets his Kaukinis (cousins), Michael Manini and Wiliwili, at Punalu’u Black Sands Beach. All day long they laugh and play in the ocean together until it is time to go home and eat dinner. |

The coconut for Kihikihi’s chair was selected from palm trees at Punalu’u Black Sands Beach. It is hand carved, sanded, polished, and fit to a custom bamboo base. |
