Oval: Magical Hawaiian Menehune BabiesText Box:

The green leis around Lehua’s head, neck, and wrists represent Maile, a native Hawaiian vine with shiny, fragrant leaves traditionally used for leis and decorations.

Lehua

Birthdate: Apelila (April) 30th, 2008

Lehua is named after the beautiful red flowers of the indigenous Hawaiian Ohia Tree which grows in abundance on the lava rocks of the Big Island of Hawaii.

Lehua is dancing the sacred, ancient Hawaiian Hula. Watch her closely! She will dance just for you, inviting you to enter her sacred space so that your beauty can unfold like the Lehua Blossoms of the Ohia Tree.

The flowers in her lei symbolize Lehua blossoms which are sacred to Pele, the Big Island’s Volcano Goddess.

Sewn onto her cradle are two big Lauhala (leaves of the Hawaiian Hala tree) flowers, one on each side. The bedding is made sewn of cotton with a yellow background with red Hibiscus blossoms, palm trees and Hula dancers.

What Is The Secret

Lehua has a unique personality. Her cradle is signed, dated, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

When Lehua is tired from dancing she closes the curtains of her cradle before she goes to sleep. A small, gold colored Nai’a (Dolphin), Lehua’s Aumakua (Guardian Spirit), hangs in the center of her cradle. He protects her at all times.
