“Look! Mami and sister are right over there!” Much to Miki’s delight, Daddy Noho points to Ho’onui and Moani. Miki was worried that they would never find his beloved Mami and sister in the dense Ohia and fern forest. |

Alive with strength and agility, Noho carries his precious son Miki in his arms. Daddy Noho is Miki’s hero. As Makua Kane (father) and Kama Kane (son), Noho and Miki share a deep, powerful and unconditional bond of love. Their relationship is built on a foundation of trust and respect. Together the family enjoys the peaceful spirit of nature. |

Mami Ho’onui sewed Noho’s Maile Lei Aloha shirt and white dress pants. She also sewed Miki’s matching Aloha shirt and shorts. She crocheted little blue shoes for her boy. Last she wove Lauhala hats for Noho and Miki to protect them from the sun. All these precious things were Ho’onui’s gifts of Aloha (Love) to her beloved Noho and Miki. |
